Anything being returned must be returned to TriStar Aerial and the company must be referenced on all the paperwork accompanying the return.  A 35% restock fee will be accessed on all returns. No product will be accepted for Credit after 30 days from the date of purchase (unless otherwise authorized in advance). Product must be shipped with freight prepaid. If your product fails due to manufacturer defect (electronics only) we will provide you a replacement of that same part, only if it is within the first 30 days.
